Shipping Policy

Overview

SafeSip Canada Inc ships physical products to customers in Canada and, where available, internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing
 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
     

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Ontario: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5 - 10 business days

  • International (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers
 

We use reliable third-party carriers such as Canada Post and other courier services depending on destination and availability.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. SafeSip is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
