At SafeSip Canada we value customer satisfaction while prioritizing safety and hygiene. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

All Sales Are Final – Hygiene & Safety Product

Due to the personal safety and hygiene nature of SafeSip drink-spiking prevention lids, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened packages

  • Used products

  • Products purchased for personal or event use

  • Change of mind after purchase

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion

Lost Orders

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us after 10 business days from the shipping confirmation date

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate

If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used SafeSip lids

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
